Level Ten Hosting Launches New Site to Meet Customer Needs

Level Ten Hosting and Ceonex Web Development teamed up to create a fully rebranded and rearchitected site to meet the needs of Level Ten Hosting visitors. Improvements to the navigation, content layout and functionality were among the results of the redesign.

“We started by conducting a survey and analysis of Level Ten Hosting’s customer base in order to understand the needs of the target audience,� said Brenda Galenus, strategy consultant at Ceonex. “It was clear that much of the audience has specific ecommerce needs that could be better met through the structure of the site. We also rebranded Level Ten Hosting to better communicate the company’s core strengths.�

An increased understanding of the target audience also led to expanded service offerings. “Since many of our customers are hosting ecommerce sites, we want to make sure we are offering all the services they need to run their business easily,� said Jeffrey McCommas, president of Level Ten Hosting. “That’s why we are now offering dedicated servers, as well as making it easier for customers to find our secure certificates. We’ve also strengthened the partnership with our sister company, The Template Shop, to display their top design templates directly on our site.�

Level Ten Hosting also introduced the “Total eCommerce Hosting Special,� an all-in-one package that delivers a comprehensive array of services to its customers. “We believe this package exemplifies what sets us apart as a fully integrated ecommerce hosting company,� said McCommas.

The upgraded site additionally includes more helpful content. “Quality content that is specific to the needs of a certain audience is invaluable on the Internet,� said Galenus. “Our project included a recommendation to build a robust eCommerce Tips section, which Level Ten Hosting will grow over time, as well as a large FAQ/Support section. We believe this will assist Level Ten Hosting’s customers in a number of ways.�

“Ultimately the site redesign helped to focus Level Ten Hosting on what we do best,� added McCommas. “Not only have we improved the way we communicate our expertise through the site, with a clean and easy-to-use visual interface, but we’ve been able to redefine our goals to help our customers and bring them the very best hosting service possible.�
